OUR RATES:
BENCH CHECK/ESTIMATE CHARGE: $65
This is to check the rig for an estimate of repair costs. The estimate of rewould include the cost of any major parts, repair labor but does not include return shipping charges. Bench check charges apply to the repairs if the estimate is accepted.  If repairs are deemed to be not economical to complete, bench check and return shipping charges will still apply. To date, 99.9 percent of our estimates have been acceptible to our customers. 

"PER HOUR" RATES: $65
Our first hour of repair is $65 and covers the majority of repairs.  Additional hours of repair are at approximately $45.00 to $55.00, depending on complexity. Note that selecting our "Full Monte" or flat-rate deal on rigs for which it is available is very cost effective! Check those out here.

FLAT RATES ("Full Monte" deals)
Some radios qualify for the FULL MONTE treatment! See here for details. If your unit qualifies for the Full Monte, the estimate charge is waived. You will not pay both the Full Monte and the estimate charge.

OTHER SERVICES
Digital photos and letterhead evaluations or appraisals of radios and accessories are available for additional fees; these would be useful for insurance, web publishing, or other archival purposes.

We do not make "house calls" at this time, sorry. All repair work must be done in our shop FOB Arvada, Colorado.

PAYMENT
We accept cash (not through the mail, please), personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. We can also take any major credit card through Paypal, or Paypal transfers directly. We do not take credit cards directly through our shop; these must go through Paypal. This adds security to the transaction as we never see your CC number or other personal information.

If you have a Paypal account already, simply use this link to pay an invoice. If you do not have a Paypal account but would like to sign up (it's easy and it's free!), use this same link and click on the button just to the right of the phrase "If you do not currently have a PayPal account..." PLEASE BE SURE that you have an invoice or repair ticket from B&B Technical Services showing the TOTAL AMT DUE (NOT an estimate) prior to going to Paypal. This will have been emailed to you, or confirmed via telephone.

Note: The "bug" that caused our Colorado customers to be charged sales tax on labor (which should not happen) should be fixed now. Please contact us if there is ANY PROBLEM whatsoever with making a Paypal payment.
